Here is an example: As an entrepreneur you can make a reasonable gift to your employees. This will not only provide you with a positive social image but also create space for communication, commitment, and external activities. But how? Quite easy! The circulation of responsibility across all departments and throughout the entire company. The company takes over sustained, international responsibility in the form of  funding its own orphanage. The responsible departments may take over the monitoring of the project and/or one employee travels once per year to the location and submits a report.
